I love Zaraffas coffee and I love getting it through the drive thru! I don't normally have to wait too long at the Cleveland store, which is good! It would be nice if there were a few more food options though.

I love Zarraffas, best place for coffee this side of the ditch, service is great, and coffee is perfect, had one bad coffee, which was replaced immediately with apologies and still a smile when I came through, haven't had a bad coffee since

We come here so often that the staff know us by name. Recent batch of baristas are not as good, but can be forgiven. Great convenience due to the opening hours and drive through facilities.
